Refund policy

Returns:

Returns will be eligible for store credit only. After 14 business days, items will not be eligible for return. Returns will not be accepted if damaged or stained. 

To start a return please email contact@elora.shop with the following information:

• Reason for Return
• Name
• Order Number

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost & will be deducted from store credit amount. 

Please include your packing slip with your return. Once we receive your return, please allow us 2-3 business days to process your return. You will find your store credit in your email once processed. 

All final sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges: 

Do you want to exchange the size? The easiest way to do so is to email contact@elora.shop where we will send you a return label. We will wait to receive your package, then will ship out the correct size. Please include your name, order number & new size you are wanting.
